A Farm-to-Table Restaurant in Morrow, Ohio — Built From the Ground Up

At Fresh To Morrow, farm-to-table is not a marketing phrase. We are a farm-to-table restaurant in Morrow Ohio, and we live, grow, and cook this way every week.

Because we are located in Morrow, Ohio—just north of Cincinnati—we stay close to the land and the people we serve. We grow much of our food ourselves. Then, we harvest it by hand and cook it fresh. In many cases, ingredients move from the field to the kitchen in just days, and sometimes in hours.

As a result, every meal reflects the season. It reflects the soil. Most importantly, it reflects the people who grow and prepare your food.

Whether you are a local regular, a cyclist riding the Little Miami Bike Trail, or a visitor from the greater Cincinnati area, Fresh To Morrow invites you to slow down, eat well and feel at home.

A Seed-to-Fork Café and Farm-to-Table Restaurant in Morrow Ohio

Fresh To Morrow was created to solve a simple problem. Over time, food lost its connection to where it comes from. Because of that, we chose a different path.

As a seed-to-fork café and farm-to-table restaurant in Morrow Ohio, our menu starts long before the kitchen. First, our owners grow, chemical-free produce right up the road on their small farm. Next, we plan our menu around what is actually growing and ready to harvest. Finally, we prepare meals that honor those ingredients instead of covering them up.

This approach allows us to:

    • Serve fresher, more flavorful food all year

    • Reduce food miles and unnecessary waste

    • Support local farmers and regional producers

    • Keep a seasonal menu that changes naturally

At the same time, we believe food should remain accessible. Therefore, we host community meals, local events, and live music nights. Through these efforts, Fresh To Morrow nourishes both people and place.

Meet the Owners of Our Farm-to-Table Restaurant in Morrow Ohio

Fresh To Morrow is locally owned and operated by Ryan Doan and Megan Pirman Doan.

Together, they bring decades of experience in farming, food service, and community-focused business. More importantly, they share one clear belief. A café should feel genuine, welcoming, and deeply connected to its town.

For that reason, the owners stay hands-on. You will often find them planting, harvesting, cooking, or greeting guests. In other words, they do not step away from the work. They lead it.

Ryan Doan — Co-Owner & Farmer

Ryan built the foundation of Fresh To Morrow through farming. With years of hands-on experience, he learned one core truth early on. Great meals begin in healthy soil, not on a delivery truck.

Because of this belief, Ryan focuses on three priorities:

  • Grow clean, no-spray produce
  • Respect the seasons
  • Let ingredients lead the menu

As a result, Fresh To Morrow continues to operate as a true farm-to-table restaurant in Morrow Ohio, not just one in name.

Megan shapes how guests experience Fresh To Morrow from the moment they walk in. She leads with people first. Because of that, warmth, consistency and care define the atmosphere.

She believes food creates connection. Therefore, a neighborhood café should feel like a place where everyone belongs. This belief guides how the café welcomes families, farmers, musicians, cyclists and visitors from the Cincinnati region.

Why Farm-to-Table Dining Matters in Morrow Ohio

For us, farm-to-table dining is a responsibility. It is not a trend.

When people know where their food comes from, flavor improves. Nutrition improves. At the same time, trust grows. Local relationships also grow stronger.

Because we grow much of our own food and work directly with nearby Ohio farmers, our menu changes with the seasons. For example, you will not find strawberries in January. Instead, you will find meals that reflect what the land is ready to give right now.

That is how food works best.

Locally Sourced & Grown Ingredients at Our Farm-to-Table Restaurant in Morrow Ohio

Locally sourced and grown ingredients guide every cooking decision we make.

Nearly all of our produce comes from our own farm or from trusted growers throughout Southwest Ohio. Because we work directly with these partners, we know how food is raised, harvested, and handled.

Since availability changes throughout the year, our menu stays flexible. Rather than forcing consistency, we celebrate what is fresh right now.

As a result, the food stays honest.
It stays close to home.
And it arrives at your table with care.

Sustainability, Community & Care at Our Farm-to-Table Restaurant

Sustainability guides every decision we make. This includes farming practices, kitchen operations, and daily choices.

Because waste adds up quickly, we actively reduce it wherever possible. We reuse what we can. We also support responsible agriculture through how we grow and source food.

Just as importantly, we invest in our community. Through shared meals, local events, and a welcoming space, Fresh To Morrow serves more than food.

Ultimately, Fresh To Morrow exists to feed people well—and to help Morrow thrive.
